Our Plumbing & Water System Care includes running faucets to keep traps from drying out, flushing all toilets, inspecting for leaks, drips, or pipe issues, checking the water heater status, and running the garbage disposal to prevent odor buildup. 

Our Utilities & Mechanical Systems includes monitoring the HVAC system for proper operation, changing air filters as requested, resetting breakers if needed, adjusting thermostats to conserve energy, and checking refrigerator and freezer temperatures.

Our Exterior & Property Maintenance includes inspecting the yard, landscaping, and irrigation systems, ensuring lawn, pool, and service contractors are performing work, bringing in mail, packages, and newspapers to maintain a ‘lived-in’ look, removing flyers or debris from doors and porches, and inspecting outdoor lighting.

 Our Interior Home Care includes watering indoor plants, rotating blinds or curtains, light tidying as needed, checking the pantry and fridge for expired items or pests, and verifying the function of appliances such as the washer, dryer, and stove.

Our Documentation & Reporting includes providing a photo or video report after each visit, immediate notification of any concerns, and coordination with repair professionals if issues are found.

Our Additional Optional Services include vehicle start-up and battery checks, moving vehicles to prevent flat spots and ensure rotation, airport drop-off and pick-up for owners (local add-on), grocery restock before your return, and welcome-home house preparation such as turning on lights and setting the HVAC.
